This form allows you to provide the information to request a membership with Jasper Park Community League (JPCL). See here https://www.jasperparkcommunityleague.org/membership/ for membership perks.

We are unable to process payment through this website, only gather information. If you would like to request membership and make payment, that is available at https://efcl.org/membership-purchase/. Please email memberships@jasperparkcommunityleague.org to let us know.

Membership Types

There are 3 types of membership:
1) Adult Individual - per person, for individuals aged 19 to 64.
2) Senior - per person, for individuals aged 65+
3) Family - single household (all at the same address) with children under 18.

Based on the information provided, the type and quantity of membership cards will be suggested by the Memberships Director.

What type of membership? *

New: First-time member

Renewal: An existing JPCL member

Associate: I live in Jasper Park, but purchased from another league
